9. Governing Law
‍9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms
‍10.1. BMAD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
